以前返港大都真喺幾唔方便,來來回回,都要個幾鐘!所以一放學,無乜事做都即走!今日跟大學同學坐地鐵重遊港大聚舊,點都要喺附近搵個好地方豪一番!其中一個女同學話想食 Omakase,所以嚟到依間喺西環海旁隔離嘅小店!小店裝修環並不談上奢華,但勝在舒適!一入門口右邊設有壽司吧,俾客人同師傳溝通,讓師傅為客人介紹最優質當造品嚐嘅食材!進餐過程完全喺師傅同客人之間一對一嘅交流!固然,我哋一大班人緊唔好霸住人哋壽司吧啦!安頓後,待應姐姐就為我哋送上一卷溫暖嘅熱毛巾,出街食多過咁多次飯,我真喺從來未見到咁細心嘅安排同服務!待應姐姐再好有禮貌咁問我哋要唔要清酒再加熱!嘩,真喺超細心!見我哋開始坐定哂,飲過酒後,待應姐姐就為我哋送上第一碟《刺身沙律》,而依碟《刺身沙律》當中包括有甜蝦、魚子、吞拿魚同三文魚!因為多數喺其他餐廳食到嘅所謂刺身沙律,都喺得幾片三文魚!而依到嘅《刺身沙律》提供到刺身質量同數量真喺高一層次!賣相吸引之餘,味道真喺鮮甜,而且肉質彈牙!可見食材本身新鮮!第二款送上喺碟《刺身盛盤》當中有深海池魚、右口角魚、拖羅及油甘魚腩!依個《刺身盛盤》真喺成盤藝術品,賣相超一流,可見師傅真喺好有心思

食完依餐正宗廚師發辦後,我完全體會到咩叫日本傳統Omakase!
Other Info. :
其實喺日本,正宗omakase喺會食四五小時,客人多數喺包場一對一私人進餐!
omakase嘅評價唔應該取決於味道或客人飽肚程度,而應該係師傅運用食物控制客人味蕾嘅技巧!
真正識食omakase嘅客人必須真正了解日本飲食及生活文化,並用心細味師傅嘅功架!
可惜香港一向以快餐文化為主,放題任食及連鎖壽司店教壞食客味蕾!如果只為飽肚,我建議返出MK 食放題!
