To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

康得思酒店既staycation因為book左主席套房零房價可以有5500消費額食野check in完擺低行李就落番去大堂食自助午餐the place位於酒店大堂由朗豪坊四樓穿過天橋右手邊就係呢間我以前應該係無黎過因為餐廳開係大堂所以樓底都算高lunch buffet由十二點食到兩點半星期日中午時間基本都係坐無虛席二人檯排得都算密同食物距離亦都近都唔少人係附近行黎行去咁張二人檯都算大張同cafe too有得比好過同集團既the food gallery有紙口罩套刺身檯就係我地格離一共有四款三文魚八爪魚鯛魚同希靈魚咁呢碟係岩岩開始果時切既入到口唔難食好過cafe marco好多啦另外張壽司檯有即整壽司我就無理過綠色植物就好多野仲放左位廚師係度海鮮全部要搵廚師拎生蠔係紐西蘭全部開好晒每次只限拎三隻size一般不過好多碎另一邊海鮮係蝦小龍蝦同青口一樣都係由廚師夾比你我自己就幾唔鍾意小龍蝦難拆又唔好食呢一碟我就無再fill了始終都係lunch buffet無龍蝦係基本生蠔同長腳蟹亦都只可以二揀一cold cut係杯裝細細杯廚房位有一排熟食有燒豬亦都有燒牛不過兩樣都唔太好食而豬頸肉就唔錯點心得三
