To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到長沙灣一帶搵野食，呢頭都有啲茶記冰室等等可以揀黎食下，今日就揀左呢間食啦八月。點了肉燥雞扒飯，凍檸檬茶，有中湯。肉燥雞扒飯，肉燥都算多，味道正常，飯既份量都ok，而雞扒就有一塊又唔算細塊既，因為有肉燥既關係可以同飯一齊食所以都唔會太乾，整體可以接受既。凍檸檬茶，正常味道沒有特別。呢度都算寬敞茶記黎講算坐得鬆動既，唔會太迫。總括黎講，長沙灣呢邊都有茶記，餐廳可以揀，呢間算係正常而且坐得算鬆動既茶記了

肉燥雞扒飯，肉燥都算多，味道正常，飯既份量都ok，而雞扒就有一塊又唔算細塊既，因為有肉燥既關係可以同飯一齊食所以都唔會太乾，整體可以接受既。
