To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見之前都有d 劣評,都有d 擔心。不過姑且試一試。叫咗味噌雞扒配蕃茄湯烏冬:湯底:先試一啖湯底,酸酸甜甜,個湯底唔會太稀,都算濃郁。我會比合格分數。個味道好似金寶罐頭濃湯蕃茄湯嘅味道。(非貶義)烏冬:都算彈牙煙靭,係預期中讚岐烏冬嘅質感。味噌雞扒:食第一啖,唔覺得有咩味噌嘅味道,不過個皮都算燒得脆,帶點點焦香,雞肉整體偏淡。食多少少,有一啲似有還無嘅味噌味。味道:★★★☆☆ 環境:★★★☆☆ 值得一試指數:★★★☆☆
