To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工前嚟食早餐,都要排一陣先入到座,位密得嚟唔算逼,叫咗沙嗲牛肉通粉配多士烚蛋,飲茶走份量多嘅,味道正常,牛肉薄啲同沙嗲汁多啲會好啲,蛋烚到僅僅熟,再烚耐啲會易剝殼啲,多士烘得夠脆,但食得出擺耐咗先上碟,有啲硬,牛油多啲會好啲,杯茶走就普通,香滑濃都一般
