To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去4樓飲茶，入面好似無冷氣咁，而且味道又普通😂今次去3樓呢間試下，正常酒樓，2個人飲茶都預左搭枱，環境幾闊落，即使一張枱搭左幾枱人都唔會好逼。點心方面就唔算叫得多，但每款味道都唔錯紫心香芋丸 ($19.8) 其實就好似出面果啲香芋地瓜丸咁😂正正常常，起碼係熱既擂沙煎堆仔 ($17.8) 入面充滿黑芝麻，熱辣辣，幾好食醬汁蒸鳳爪 ($18.8) 好夠味，腍得黎又唔會軟爛鮮竹牛肉球 ($19.8) 都幾大粒，牛味都ok，不過不失蟹籽燒賣皇 ($28) 超大粒，蝦又夠爽口彈牙，豬肉餡都唔係好肥膩四寶滑雞扎 ($29.8) 夠大件，有雞肉，魚肚，芋頭，火腿。魚肚索晒湯汁好入味
