To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為要換購日本設計師限量嘅元氣碟子，所以星期一就去到新都會廣場嘅元氣壽司分店，佢嘅新幹線列車係分開兩卡有四格，比起平常見到嘅一卡有四格嘅設計，有少少唔同，幾有趣。仲有個有趣位係，新幹線列車，去到轉彎位會減速，並且轉彎，唔會飛啲食物出嚟嘅，好安全，幾得意。食物方面就正常，一如以往，最推介一定係帆立貝，牛油果軟殼蟹，牛油赤海蝦，開心果蛋糕，仲有巨峰梳打那天係星期一放工嘅夜晚，非常少人，放工去到就可以直入，座位非常多成功換購限量版，日本畫家設計嘅碟子一個
