Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢位老闆真好嘢，難得諗到一倨好記得嚟，又好笑嘅名。更難得嘅係，一般港式食肆，只要有一兩個正菜，就爆到成行成市，但居然我地今次叫幾碟餸，味味都好好味！朋友話必食「咕嚕肉」外脆內軟，味道又唔太酸太甜，正！冰火魷魚，冰，因為係凍食！火，因為有辣椒！正！雞聽講係用嘉美雞，不過又冇乜特別，唯一比較失望！薑蔥爆生腸魚鳔夠鑊氣又惹味！正！不過講到鑊氣，唔止佢地啲餸，仲成間舖都聞到！你頂得順，咪嚟試吓囉！
