Restaurant: 生記滷味
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度好出名，每次行過都有人龍，而好食嘅item更加早嚟先食到，所以幾乎次次都同鵝掌無緣，10次有8次係買唔到，老闆大人可否炮製多dd，讓食客們大飽口福😝本來打算主打買鵝翼，點知賣哂...唯有單點鹵水鵝，半隻打開盒，發覺生記比出面食開嘅，同樣都係半隻，但多d，同埋大隻d喎👍🏻👍🏻夠足秤！味道好對胃😬鹵水味道好得，唔係得個咸味，而且好香！鵝肉亦好得，鬆軟得嚟，卻不失肉質，加上鹵水味入哂鵝肉，比好多馳名店還好，物超所值😋😋😋

打開盒，發覺生記比出面食開嘅，同樣都係半隻，但多d，同埋大隻d喎👍🏻👍🏻夠足秤！

味道好對胃😬鹵水味道好得，唔係得個咸味，而且好香！

鵝肉亦好得，鬆軟得嚟，卻不失肉質，加上鹵水味入哂鵝肉，比好多馳名店還好，物超所值😋😋😋
