To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食呢間酒店buffet🦪生蠔都係每次3隻，但唔多人拎，唔駛點等生蠔冇咩海水味，但好鮮甜，唔算太細隻，都幾好除左生蠔，仲有麵包蟹，龍蝦，凍蝦，凍螺，長腳蟹，青口刺身有三文魚，油甘魚，馬刀貝同紅蝦紅蝦幾正，好甜以為齋拎紅蝦唔要其他會俾三兩隻，但原來都係一隻🤣🤣🤣熱食唔算多，試左羊架同威靈頓牛柳羊架正常🥩牛柳真係完全可以唔食，酥皮已經又濕又淋，牛柳係鞋到冇水份咁🫥🫥🫥皮片鴨同甜品都幾好環境大 坐得都舒服食物又refill得快幾好👍
