兩款牛都嗌左3成熟,味道上各有千秋。A4宮崎和牛 肉味較濃,燒得香口之餘,肉汁依然被鎖住。肥仔就鍾意A5熊本和牛多啲啦,一咬油香大爆發,肉質亦較滑較彈。
