To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為從小與家人日日飲茶的關係。令到現在既我都有一條飲茶心癮，所以每星期都會與家人飲茶。今次去的便是在康怡廣場裡的海港薈，一早去到便有好多人等著飲早茶呢，等了好一段時間才有座位。一坐低便叫了我最喜歡的壽眉茶。點心則叫了芋絲芋頭糕，芝士咸水角、雞包仔等等⋯芋頭糕是我由小到大的最愛，咁岩近來比我發現這間茶樓的芋絲芋頭糕，這個芋頭糕的做法是將表面煎香至脆口，而內在又不會乾到好硬，所以一個芋頭糕有兩種口感可以感受，所以這個是我常encore的點心呢，重點推介！
