To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 溫野菜跟其他日式火鍋店雖有相似之處,但當中有些配料的味道和賣相都更精緻,豆腐湯、雞頸肉、日本產豬和雞軟骨滑等都是我最愛,今次因為想起他們的豆乳湯,就來了! 當天是星期六不用上班,如果為了折扣等到二時半實在太久了,所以直接進門吃午膳。肉品有一份鹿兒島產茶美豚肩和雞腿肉,其他有蔬菜籃和丸物,湯底點我最愛的豆腐湯。 湯底的沸點低,所以在涮配料的時候要不停控制火候。有濃豆香味,喝下去味道剛好不會過鹹,特別喜歡適合淡味的我。跟豬肉配在一起就像另類提味,份外幽雅芳香。雞肉失準了,有雪藏味,解凍處理不佳。 蔬菜籃裡我最喜歡紅心蘿蔔,味道比國產清淡,而且口感更彈牙,我喜歡涮數分鐘便食用,不至太軟。 其他的配料還好吧,年糕和烏冬用來果腹,Q彈軟嫩,不錯吃!
