To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次嚟新蒲崗，我都會向朋友推薦這一家店。食過返唔到轉頭，食咗食唔到其他燒雞😂荔枝柴燒，味道特別好食，老細話所有雞都係現烤，冇燒定，雖然等得耐，但都係值得。事關真係好好食。成間舖充滿人間煙火，你可以見到師傅即場燒雞，香噴噴。最愛食呢度雞皮，好脆，雞腿勁嫩滑，爆汁Juicy！感覺沒有過多調味料，保留雞的原汁原味& 木烤的香味，風味十足。味道啱啱好，唔會過咸or 過淡。但建議真係要提早預約，老闆生意太好，等咗18分鐘🥲下次真係會提早打電話。
