To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

衝着$268嘅【京式片皮鴨】嚟嘅我，竟然畀其他食物都驚艷咗👍先嚟講講呢個【京式片皮鴨】，鴨肉肉質細膩，好有彈性，經過烤製後，鴨肉嘅鮮美甜味依然保持，食落特別濃郁可口😋【晶瑩鮮蝦餃】嘅味道甜甜地，蝦肉特別多汁，滑嫩嘅口感咬落去簡直唔好太爽，唔愧係精點美食！仲有驚艷我嘅【金湯小籠包】，肉汁特別多，內餡料新鮮有彈性，食咗第一口之後根本停唔落🤤🤤🤤加上外皮好滑溜，入口即化最後我仲點咗個【金蒜陳醋拍青瓜】，雖然只係涼菜，但青瓜🥒特別脆嫩清爽，酸甜適中，加上金蒜嘅香氣，特別開胃👍總結嚟講食得好滿足，每一道菜都係人間美味，如果唔係食飽咗，我仲想再點😋 下次仲要再嚟！
