To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和幾個傻同事走過了幾條街,都找不到想食的午餐。結果最後決定食老趙。對我來説,最正宗的越南湯河,應該要有芽菜,西檸,和辣椒,香草作配菜。但同事都説,他的蘿蔔十分好吃。感覺有點像高質車仔麵的蘿蔔。至於我自己叫了炒飯,因為湯河不夠正宗。喜出望外,味道可說是很不錯,但完全吃不到蟹肉蟹糕,所以這一點扣了一些分數。可能因為成本問題,在這種限制下除了少了口感之外,其實還是很重味道的,只是$80也不算太便宜,有點不值的感覺。
