To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前都有食呢間甘味 以前覺得佢既烏冬湯底幾好食今次大家都冇咩錢食飯 建議同朋友食呢間 佢地個個都唔肯食(因為出名唔好食)經過我說服之後 決定比最後一次機會佢。結果 個個都堅決唔會再食 連我都唔會再食。1)芝士火灸三文魚壽司- 塊芝士完全冇溶過2)溫泉蛋稻庭烏冬(冷)-個溫泉蛋個蛋黃完全係熟蛋咁我哋問個waitress,佢竟然答:「我哋呢批溫泉蛋全部都係咁熟㗎!換過隻俾你都一樣」佢有拎個隻新嘅出嚟俾我哋睇,話:「唔好意思呀!我哋嘅溫泉蛋真係咁熟㗎!你要唔要換過隻呀?」個汁仲要稀到水咁 結果要用豉油撈烏冬...3)$13x 既壽司套餐配吉列芝士流心豬扒🤢 佢真係整得好吉列, 但係豬扒係差唔多冇肉咁制,全部都係炸粉,用嘅芝士仲要係好唔夾個味道4)番茄湯黑豚餃子烏冬個湯底都好稀5)鹽燒豬頸肉烏冬 個湯底都好似水咁 但佢話係鰹魚湯。。總結:湯烏冬 fail炸野 fail冷烏冬 fail壽司 fail今次真係連我都唔撐佢 byebye~
