To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冷氣太凍喇, 太大風喇, 吹到我勁辛苦!希望可以改善喇!講返食物先~五香雞翼好好吃哦, 雞翼酥脆外皮又帶左五香料嘅香氣, 真係好好味。芝士拉絲菠蘿包超級好食, 個拉絲嘅芝士好豐富, 加上12元就叫到, 唔算貴喇。食起黎成口都係芝士, 超級好食, 一定要趁熱食, 正呀。炸雞髀也好食, 外皮煎得香脆, 雞肉都好入味, 整體口感幾好。就是覺得可能因為放得耐左, 或者炸得耐左? 外邊比較乾燥, 希望下次炸嘅時間短少少。最後係咖哩牛腩飯, 佢地用嘅牛腩質素好好好, 唔似其他餐廳煮我太耐, 變成煲完湯嘅肉渣。佢 D 牛腩口感軟嫩, 咖哩汁都OK, 夾埋飯食, 正喔。
