To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男友一向愛吃日本料理。故，今趟他介紹我去這家日式烏冬店吃晚飯。誠實點說，若要我從眾多日式麵類選擇，"拉麵"一定是我的首選。這是鐵一般的事實。但，無奈的是，他想去吃，故，我只好依他行事了。當我翻開menu，我第一時間選了滑蛋蟹籽巨型蟹柳讚歧手打烏冬。而男友就選了鐵板牛柳粒番茄湯讚歧手打烏冬。滑蛋蟹籽巨型蟹柳讚歧手打烏冬：味道不錯。我很喜歡她的蟹籽和蟹柳。烏冬也蠻彈牙。鐵板牛柳粒番茄湯讚歧手打烏冬：（據男友所言）很好吃。PS 我們自次後，還光顧這家店好幾次呢！ 所以，愛吃烏冬的食饕們，不仿找天來這家試試吧！
