To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五晚book了7:30pm，等了10分鐘才入座4大1小，點了匯豐2人餐（$328），有雞絲粉皮、上海小籠包（4隻）、糖醋雞球、黃金魚柳、櫻花蝦炒飯、飲品2杯（鮮磨豆漿和凍檸檬薏米水）另外再單點了四川擔擔拉麵（麻辣）和蘿蔔絲酥餅小朋友就點了翡趣兒童餐其實最後我地4個大人吃剩好多嘢要打包基本上個匯豐套餐都唔只係2人餐，份量勁多，3 or 4人吃都得雞絲粉皮（跟餐）（吃了一半才記得影）粉皮比王家沙嘅厚，比河粉厚，晶瑩剔透，感覺好涼浸浸雞絲同青瓜絲都唔吝嗇，比王家沙嘅多好多上海小籠包（4隻）（跟餐）賣相不錯，唔似王家沙咁蒸完扁塌塌嘅呢個師父包得好，蒸完都好企身皮唔太厚，湯汁夠多，味道正常肉餡細嫩唔鞋口櫻花蝦炒飯（跟餐）呢碟嘢我地4個大人吃到勁飽都仲有剩要打包照片睇唔出佢份量櫻花蝦勁勁多，啖啖飯都會吃到啲蝦跟餐嘅黃金魚柳有驚喜件件都大大件，一碟有成7、8件我地4人都吃剩，仲話2人餐講返舊魚，個黃金鹹蛋黃脆皮，賣相討好之餘仲好香鹹蛋黃味，起沙嘅個鹹蛋黃，唔係只有顏色內裡魚柳好嫩，炸漿唔太厚但又吃到脆皮一脆一嫩熱辣好吃跟餐嘅糖醋雞球唔記得影因為點餐時慌死2人餐唔夠4個大人吃（其實最後我地吃到要打
