To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳裝修唔錯,環境比較乾淨。泰式小食拼盤: 拼盤用層架擺得好靚,蝦餅外層酥脆,蝦膠彈牙,點些泰式酸甜醬好好味!香茅青檸葉雞翼: 外層炸到脆卜卜,裡面D肉仲係好嫩滑,帶些微辣,很香口。冬蔭功湯:大大隻蝦,菇菌都好爽口,湯濃郁,味酸中帶辣,有香味之餘酸辣又恰到好處,令人開胃。主食叫左菠蘿海鮮炒飯,材料很豐富,整齊美觀,除了慣常有既菠蘿、海鮮之外,還有臘腸,味道不錯。蒜蓉炒椰菜苗。椰菜苗炒得有鑊氣,而且翠綠,食落清甜爽脆,而且充滿蒜香味。唯一唔好食就是肉碎生菜包, 肉碎炒到好硬, 生菜只有4片, 唔建議大家叫來食。食物的價錢海洋公園來計唔算貴,係正常遊客價,難怪可以吸引咁多人去光顧,下午1點半都要排左一陣隊先有位。整體食物有水準,都算係冇令我失望!
