To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成個商場裝修到反轉晒,跨張到連部電梯都搬埋位,得返小貓三、四間舖,唯獨是馥苑仲有班舊客撐下場,新裝修之後地方明顯細左D,平民化既抵食套餐不再,再次走返中上級食府路線。老實講,馥苑不論食物質素、待客到環境都比鴻星、東海酒家之流好得多。既然套餐唔o岩心水,不若散叫自由得多,半隻冇骨燒鵝$140,其實有冇骨都係同價,不過去骨同時會去埋D肥膏,所以食落冇咁肥膩,海味扒節瓜甫$78,簡單得黎又清清地,芒果鱈魚卷$78,因為芒果夠甜,所以想唔好食都難,送糖水,連茶介加一,三條友四舊零落樓,可以試到馥苑既考手小菜,感覺上都幾滿足。服務恰到好處,應收碟就收碟,應添水就添水,座位闊落舒適,食得非常滿意既一餐。
