To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見佢裝修靚靚走入去食個lunch。 炭燒豬頸肉配扎肉撈檬$78 配可樂。 撈檬呢啲嘢都唔會伏得去邊掛??扎肉可以薄過salami??我欣賞廚師嘅刀功,扎肉竟然可以切到咁薄? 厲害,佩服。總共有兩片半塊嘅扎肉, 以及四片豬頸肉。老實講佢豬頸肉係幾好食嘅,佢一放低 碗麵 ,我已經聞到炭燒嘅香氣。豬頸肉唔乾唔柴皮,濕潤,夠味, 可以翻兜。扎肉太薄,完全食唔到係咩味。no comment。其實食撈檬我主要食佢嘅配料,但係佢得嗰幾塊生菜... 絲, 一條牙籤咁嘅甘筍絲。 真係好冇誠意囉。 基本嘅青瓜芽菜九層塔芫茜,一條都無。呀~忘記咗,佢係有啲花生碎囉。椰香黃咖哩雞絲飯$78朋友點呢個,話啲雞都夠滑。但係真係唔夠汁囉。食完半碗飯已經冇曬汁。另外嗰半碗要乾啃。 賣相跟餐牌唔一樣,餐牌圖係好多白色椰汁, 跟現實相差很遠。亦都冇乜椰汁味。

我欣賞廚師嘅刀功,扎肉竟然可以切到咁薄? 厲害,佩服。

總共有兩片半塊嘅扎肉, 以及四片豬頸肉。老實講佢豬頸肉係幾好食嘅,佢一放低 碗麵 ,我已經聞到炭燒嘅香氣。豬頸肉唔乾唔柴皮,濕潤,夠味, 可以翻兜。
