To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要搵一間氛圍感嘅餐廳係港島區，可能比較容易搵到，但係其實九龍區旺角都有，餐廳除咗有室內座位，仲有室外選擇，之前我哋已經提早book咗位，通知餐廳係慶祝生日，餐廳就幫我哋佈置＆準備～去到入座見到已經佈置得好靚，我哋睇咗一陣餐牌選擇咗set dinner$368 位，性價比都幾高，每道菜上枱都睇得出廚師精心嘅擺盤，嗰個日式慢煮鮑魚，雖然要加$48，但係我覺得係值得，鮑魚個size都幾大，而且口感好好，又有鮑魚嘅鮮甜味。另外主菜，豬斧頭扒配焦糖蘋果，平時唔係太鍾意食豬扒嘅我，我比呢碟豬斧頭扒吸引住，入口肉質充滿肉汁，肉質鬆軟，而且口感嫩滑帶少少爽脆。燒安格斯牛肉眼要加$88，我選擇咗五成熟，入口仲有好多肉汁，而且牛肉味濃郁，又好香～蛋糕甜品仲有寫字服務，訂位嘅時候，可以好似我咁同店員講係慶祝生日要寫啲咩字，佢哋就會幫你安排㗎啦～
