今日收工約埋朋友去佐敦食飯,見到聖地牙哥酒店地下有一間舊式蠔吧就入去試下!餐廳環境昏暗,但每檯配有小小蠟燭,氣氛一流!一打開餐牌,就被法國鵝肝牛柳大餐吸引,二話不說就舉手落單了!前菜是三文魚撻撻,有煙三文魚同蛋沙律,配埋香脆法包同沙律菜,好美咪!之後係法國龍蝦濃湯,熱辣辣而且味道好濃郁!主菜我選左鵝肝拼牛柳,鵝肝煎得好香,而且一口咬落去,外面好脆,入面好肥美,入口即溶,配上沙律菜,剛好解油膩感覺!牛柳好厚身,但可能因為我點左7成熟,有少少熟過頭,但好在仍保持嫩滑多汁!最驚喜是配有香草意粉,應該是用橄欖油炒過,好香口!最後我加$15配埋紐約芝士餅,完美的一餐!

主菜我選左鵝肝拼牛柳,鵝肝煎得好香,而且一口咬落去,外面好脆,入面好肥美,入口即溶,配上沙律菜,剛好解油膩感覺!牛柳好厚身,但可能因為我點左7成熟,有少少熟過頭,但好在仍保持嫩滑多汁!最驚喜是配有香草意粉,應該是用橄欖油炒過,好香口!
