今日放工去左一間日本師傅主理嘅居酒屋 —炭兎 有得坐吧枱位 可以望住師傅煮野食鐵盒燒廣島生蠔加配拉克萊特芝士🧀️店員拎左一大舊芝士出嚟係我地面前切落去 芝士控真係不能錯過 有淨嘅芝士我地擺左去炭燒雞度變芝士雞😂鰯魚伴明太子 鰯魚即係沙甸魚 罐頭沙甸魚就食得多啦 原來燒嚟食都好好味 加埋明太子嚟食 個味更加出炭燒雞 用鐵板上嘅炭燒雞有好香炭燒味 仲可以保溫 呢個真係可以encore炙燒和牛卡爾帕喬 炙燒和牛有香烤味 加埋芝士同蔥一齊食 可以中和返和牛嘅油膩感薑䓤醋鯖魚卷 平時鹽燒鯖魚就食得多啦但係今次原來係壽司version咁 食落幾得意 梅紫蘇冷麺 食完咁多肉類要食個冷麵清一清 好鍾意呢個冷麵有梅同埋個湯整體都酸酸地 好清新開胃嚟居酒居點可以唔叫返杯酒 我地叫左 冰凍檸檬鹽燒酒同埋糸島甘夏之酒 食到中段仲每人派左一杯仔sake 全場一齊乾杯 氣氛好好呀
