位於霎東街的Ciclo,可算是逆市中的奇葩。我和朋友於平日晚市到訪,竟然是全院滿座,我們更被安排喺私人包廂中。當晚氣氛非常之好,好幾枱客人摸住酒杯底聽音樂。我哋先點了兩杯cocktail,十分推介sake sour,蛋白泡配上sake和菠蘿汁,非常易入口,女士必選。前菜我本想點oyster ceviche ,可惜已售罄。最後點了以下食品:1. Uni Lobster Bisque Arancini: 必點!用龍蝦湯煮的risotto 配上芝士,炸得外脆內軟,再小川海膽,十分鮮甜。2. Tune Tartare: 不過不失,呑拿魚用上冠益華辣椒醬,配上牛油果醬,相映成趣。3. Drunken Crab Pasta: 墨汁意粉用上aglio olio方式煮,配上醉蟹肉,十分惹味。4. Short Rib: 等得稍為比較久的菜色,但分量十足。牛肉軟稔,配上脆脆和香滑薯蓉,又好吃又飽肚。
