上菜時好有儀式感,因為用咗煙燻效果,入口時仲有啲香薰氣味,內裏又有紫蘇葉,多種名貴食材混合後,味道果然有驚喜!

呢個甜品好層次極豐富,面頭有片黑芝麻薄脆,中層有海鹽焦糖雪糕,咸味剛好可以中和到底層紅豆cream brûlée 嘅甜,雖然聽落好似好複雜,但呢個配搭效果好出色! 非常欣賞!
