To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甘味讚岐手打烏冬@#foodki銅鑼灣麵豉燒雞扒蕃茄烏冬(5.5/10)($58)呢個蕃茄烏冬一直都係foodki既最愛,銅鑼灣皇室堡間甘味執粒,foodki真係超傷心,原來只係搬左隔離細舖。但今次再試味道真係差左唔少,蕃茄味已經無之前咁濃,表面唔知點解泛起一層紅色既油,以前都無咁明顯。烏冬太淋。好彩雞扒都算保持到,微燶既鷄扒好味道,超脆既皮配上嫩滑鷄扒,正!
