To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 水準不俗的熊拉麵

要數在香港受歡迎的食物, 拉麵應可佔一席位, 這天因有點事要到上環區, 便順道試試這間拉麵店。踏入拉麵店，店子地方不算太大, 裝潢如一般日式拉麵店，店子一邊是開放式廚房，廚房外圍有一列吧枱，店內也有其他座位, 在平日晚上到來，店子已差不多坐滿客人, 可算旺場。飲品方面, 點了烏龍茶, 夠冰涼, 為這天較熱的天氣消消暑, 感覺唔錯。拉麵選了招牌熊拉麵試試, 先喝一口湯，湯頭的口感不太濃稠，味道甜美也有香味，也不太油膩。而幼身麵是用彈牙拉麵, 麵質口感是爽口。叉燒是大大塊而且是厚切的，口感嫩滑鬆軟，肉味濃郁好吃, 也帶有小許焦香的味道。溏心蛋先用醬油浸過, 然後再做到蛋黃成流心狀,入口軟滑而蛋味香濃，味道出色。這店的拉麵算是交足功課, 水準不俗, 價格也在合理水平。
