To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在附近難得有一間泰越餐廳,梗係要去試一試。雖然呢間屬於連鎖式餐廳,但啲侍應都係附近街坊,夠哂貼地!講返啲野食先。今次主要食午餐。午餐選擇都唔少。朋友揀咗越式牛肉湯河同豬肉丸金邊粉,可以選配沙嗲雞肉串或者蝦多士。越式牛肉湯河總體黎講都有水準,唯一挑剔既就係太多洋䓤,太搶味。而雞肉串就夠哂嫩滑,加上花生味濃既沙嗲汁,的確唔錯。 蝦多士就稍稍乾身咗啲,如果有啲泰式酸辣醬可能會更好。另外,附餐送既青檸茶都幾特別。除咗啲湯河粉麵之外,呢度既飯都唔錯。雞扒蛋蓋飯可以配泰皇汁、沙嗲汁或者紅咖哩汁。中意食辣既我就試咗紅咖喱汁啦。個炒蛋煎得唔錯,仲有少少蛋汁,唔會過咗龍。雞扒夠滑同埋入味(有啲似泰式雞肉串燒既味道)。啲飯夠乾爽又分明。成個飯都好開胃呢間餐廳另外一讚,就係夠環保,有poster鼓勵人送飲管。
