To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城，另一個別稱－小泰國，絕非浪得虛明！每次去九龍城食泰菜都唔會失望！食親泰菜點生蝦刺身是常識吧，so fresh😋咖喱軟殻蟹！本身唔知每隻原來每件蟹都有配個蒜蓉包，仲額外點左客，結果外賣左返屋企😖 咖哩味略嫌唔夠鮮唔夠濃，可能我本來唔喜歡配太多青紅椒的咖哩。不過軟殻蟹同包夠脆。Pad thai就好出色，不愧為廚師推介！一上菜就覺得賣相吸引，食落更合香港人口味！酸酸甜甜，唔會太辣，大蝦啖啖肉。金邊粉炒得夠「爽」，唔會黏埋一舊，讚！另外要一讚椰青！熟度剛剛好，用匙羹輕輕一刮，內部椰子肉就甩。椰子水清甜，正！唔小心買多咗嘅蒜蓉包，攞返屋企焗熱食返都好好味😋
