活鰻 每年都嚟食又抵食勁彈牙,今年都保持到水準食啲平時比較少食嘅 普寧豆醬 #焗海鰻 價錢都係118,一打開香噴噴,入邊嘅配菜好惹味,豆醬味唔會十分太濃,食到海鰻的原汁原味,仲要幾厚身勁彈牙興化炒米粉,每次嚟差唔多必食,粉絲夠幼身似新竹米粉,材料極多辣汁花蛤,第一次食都可以,辣味唔算好多當微辣,花蛤幾大隻新鮮莆田荔枝肉,感覺沒有咕嚕肉咁油身,肉口感偏瘦肉幾健康,酸酸的增加食慾最後再叫咗一個蔬菜金湯時蔬和兩杯飲品,整體水準沒有下降,怪不得我今天平日來八點都滿場
