To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚同兩個很久冇見舊同事相聚食晚飯。也很久沒有去鍾廚。多年前水準不錯。今次今我好失望。我們叫了黑毛豬叉燒,鍾家炒牛肉,上湯芥蘭和羊肚菌豆腐。加兩個白飯和茶錢。收812元。我認為價錢和水準並不成正比。叉燒又凍和乾爭爭。我相信係隔夜。收238 真離譜。太興叉燒好食過佢。炒牛肉麻麻哋。最好食就係豆腐。個白飯有少有凍。我見到廚房用微波爐翻熱個飯。真令人失望。昨晚好少人。但係服務員態度泠淡。到9點己經追我們埋單。我相信員工想早收工。我相信好多人嘗試個一次都冇回頭。我哋唔會有第二次。
