今日到荃灣辦事後,不忘嘆美食的我,跑到曹公坊「Ann Mamma thai kitchen by 張秀玲」外賣回家跟家人ㄧ起分享。泰式炸墨魚餅 ㄧ客有四大件,份量十足。外層鋪上麵包糠炸至金黃香脆。 咬開後,墨魚膠彈牙又爽口,還有粒粒的墨魚肉,增添不少口感。青咖哩牛腩 有多款蔬菜在青咖哩汁內,色彩繽紛,香氣十足,再嚐ㄧ口牛腩,軟硬適中又入味,用來配飯或薄餅真係正!!大蝦炒金邊粉 金邊粉口感煙韌,食前再混入旁邊的花生碎、辣椒粉和青檸汁ㄧ起食,味道更增層次,再配埋爽口大蝦,好味!泰式無骨鹵水豬手豬手滷得十分入味,肉質淋滑,豬皮肥而不膩,汁醬帶甜味,用來配飯真係冇得輸。
