這間泰菜餐廳,每次經過,總會被它的門面所吸引而望兩眼。因為它那手寫字體招牌、整排鑲嵌玻璃木門,以及那高低有致的植物,散發出自然與放鬆氣息。入到裡面,環境較狹小,樓底矮,不及外面所想般舒適。餐牌選擇不多不少,基本泰菜選擇。每碟食物份量都幾大份。‖ 大蝦柚子沙律 ($108) ‖蝦和柚子都好大件,兩者都好鮮爽。味道都幾辣,特別如果咬到辣椒粒。‖ 冬蔭公湯 ($118) ‖大大一盤,都好足料。湯頭滿滿冬蔭公味,酸辣平衡,帶點香料蔬菜清新味。蝦好大隻,蝦頭甚至有蝦膏😍,好味。湯裡面有好多菇菇🍄。‖ 大蝦炒金邊粉 ($118) ‖沒錯,又是蝦!🦐🤣 是個偏辣的pad thai,鑊氣一般。有一兩啖的金邊粉未煮開,黏成一塊,硬的😓。‖ 椰子開心果沙冰 ($48) ‖‖ 凍椰青 ($48) ‖沙冰椰子味香甜,不過就不太喝到開心果味,就只有面頭兩三粒裝飾。椰青,朋友說都不錯。 continue reading

呢日同屋企人食飯慶祝生日,所以搵左間坐得舒服既泰國菜試下,上網search荃灣泰國菜,好多人都推介呢間。唔知係咪因為限時個半鐘既原因所以上菜速度都幾快👍🏻豬頸肉咬落彈牙又juicy, 炸蝦餅同生蝦都係必食,蝦餅好彈牙同有口感,生蝦就好新鮮爽口,加埋啲秘製辣汁好惹味;仲有叫左個軟殼蟹咖哩,份量好足好啱一大班人食,佢既咖哩帶有小小甜味勁好食,用黎配飯同薄餅真係一流。海南雞要訂位果陣預先落order留,第一啖咬落去有驚喜,因為真係好嫩;生菜豬肉包辣辣地好開胃,青芒沙律有啲魚乾同埋腰果配埋,口感幾豐富但係就太辣啦!跟住仲叫左串燒,無咩特別;椰菜苗勁老同勁硬,唔推介;反而蒜茸包即叫即整,上枱果陣熱辣辣外脆內軟咁,勁好食😋 continue reading

我有些想念正宗的泰國美食但短時間都不會飛泰國了其實在香港都有好正宗泰國美食今次我由九龍衝出去新界去了位於荃灣的Ann Mamma Thai kitchen by 張秀玲 我和好友就來一趟「偽泰國之旅美食」這泰國美食既地道又符合港人口味也滿足我這港女愛吃的要求而且食物嘅分量絕對是珍寶sizes絕對滿足大胃口的我對於有選擇困難的我,當午餐選擇多我通常取捨不了,就選擇最貴的 泰式咖喱蟹肉配白飯$128(另配餐飲)這咖喱以十多種香料熬煮而成啖啖鮮味嘅蟹肉配上濃調的醬汁當香濃的咖喱與椰奶混合後是好溫順幼滑的口感簡直是配白飯的神器,令人吃不停口而我朋友就選擇了海南雞配油飯$78我總認為好吃的海南雞就是既軟腍又有嚼勁,雞皮又要滑溜這完全符合我嘴刁的要求再配上兩款特製醬油,就是錦上添花了油飯也非常好吃,充滿雞油和薑蓉味餐飲方面,我就試一試熱泰國咖啡驟眼看以為像越南咖啡 但竟然沒有苦澀味像煉奶一樣濃厚的口感而身為咖啡控的你,好值得一試!熱愛泰國美食的,你不妨來荃灣品嚐! continue reading

荃灣食泰菜的話,總會想起這間。這裡的味道不錯,價格實惠,環境乾淨,都幾多食客光顧的。木瓜沙律 $75先來沙律前菜,爽脆的木瓜絲堆得高高的,酸甜的味道令人食慾大開。沙嗲串燒(四串) $75兩串雞肉和兩串豬肉,啖啖肉口感。炭燒的風味搭配沙爹醬,香甜美味。炒泰國椰菜苗 $96平時好少食,但每次吃泰菜都會特意點,最鍾意椰菜苗清脆口感,甜甜地幾好味。大蝦炒金邊粉 $118金邊粉濕潤,甜美入味,口感煙韌。大蝦爽口,仲有有芽菜、豆乾、花生碎等配料,味道唔錯。凍泰式奶茶 28奶茶茶香濃郁,不會過甜,味道適中。叫左少冰,仍宥唔少冰呢。芒果糯米飯 $55糯米飯散發著班蘭的清香,加上椰漿的甜美,搭配清甜的芒果,作為甜品的結尾,perfect。 continue reading
