To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食西餐,我一定選擇鋸扒!只係食意粉沙律我覺得好寡。湯有多種菇切碎煲成嘅, 飲得出好濃嘅菇味。但我唔記得咗影相。同老闆娘傾過計,佢話佢個廚跟過酒店嘅大廚學煮嘢食,我都相信係,事關佢伴菜到豬扒都煮得唔馬虎。煎厚切豬扒要煎得好食淋身,豬扒唔韌又唔燶, 小燶又要香口, 我相信係一門學問。豬扒嘅水準多變, 因為有時食軟硬適中,有時食嗰邊好脆,但個心好實。 我諗會唔會係有兩個廚呢? 鵝肝肥美甘香, 牛柳就煎得一般, 煎得過熟 。芝士味好濃, 食唒成塊會好膩。
