To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 拿著現金卷,再買其茶餐。上週的質素強差人意。今個週日,挑了兩點三十分(即是茶市剛開始的時間)這個時間,再吃多遍。食物跟前次一樣—但質素相差甚遠!不再那麼油膩,配料和餡料都較前次多,雞蛋亦煎得賣相好好多(至少是荷包蛋,而非炒爛蛋)。整體賣相、食味都較前次好。但肯定係「好彩而已」!菜肉包(餡料豐富)、荷包蛋(蛋黃蛋白煎得嫩滑、邊緣還香脆可口)、洋火腿(因為沒有煎過,不再死乾死鹹)、什菜炒幼麵(不再油膩,而是有相當蔬菜作配料的炒麵)、牛奶麥皮(燕麥片比上一次還要少。)、熱鴛鴦(跟前次差不多。)結論係:水準漂忽!店家似乎要好好控制食物質素,就算做得唔好食,都要做到可以保持到某一個水平的質素!
