To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人聚會食飯,揀咗逸東軒,餐廳環境就係舒服整潔,一定唔會失禮。前後叫咗八樣野,話梅車厘茄,芥末海蜇頭,叉燒拼燒腩仔,片皮鴨,薑蔥桶蠔,聖子煲,鴨肉生菜包,瑤柱豆苗。極力推介試吓話梅車厘茄,用話梅浸過嘅蜜糖醃製車厘茄,味道酸酸甜甜,車厘茄一咬開會爆曬啲汁,感覺好清爽。蜜汁叉燒就係王牌,超鬆軟,肥瘦適中,食得出係好有誠意嘅製作。燒腩仔更加一定要試,外皮勁脆,加埋芥辣,停唔到口。片皮鴨,唔會好肥膩,外皮燒得好香脆,剩低嘅鴨肉可以有好多選擇俾你揀點煮。整體超滿意,相信帶長輩去一定鍾意!
