To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

油麻地碧街田記, 餐廳雖然唔算大，但偶爾想食碗潮州麵也方便就腳,輕食至魚蛋魚片粉, 到潮州牛什牛腩飯都有得選,無論日夜都客似雲來。-牛什粉也份量足夠, 大男人都會夠食牛肺牛肚炆得軟腍入味, --湯底清甜不膩, 不會太咸,唔想食咁多肉, 也十分推薦雲吞水餃雲吞同水餃包得實在飽滿，水餃有滿滿木耳絲豬肉餡雲吞都塞滿彈牙蝦仁多汁Juicy，芥蘭跟餐配了芥蘭， 碧綠爽脆，甜而無渣。唔好唔記得叫埋脆炸魚皮魚皮炸得香脆可口, 完全停唔到
