To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間酒樓可一不可再,元旦日諗住同家人好好飲餐茶,結果一肚氣!嘢食麻麻都算數,但服務真係勁差。1) 我地落咗單40分鐘,只係送上小菜、腸份,一籠點心都冇。我哋搵經理追單,轉頭就有個阿姐送碟腸粉嚟,下?食咗啦喎2) 我哋叫咗一個點心拼盤,雞包仔/蝦餃/韭菜餃/粉果 各2粒。等多10分鐘就送上嚟,但全部係3或4粒,即係上哂全份。跟住個阿姐又收走返哂,即係我哋又要再等3) 期間我搵咗第二個經理,同佢講返件事,想叫佢check清楚,佢嘅態度好差,好冇禮貌咁叫我講重點,我只係講咗唔夠兩句,就已經叫我講重點,我淨係叫你哋check有咩用?有用就唔會上錯哂! 後來我阿媽出手,佢先至死死氣拎張單去check,但已經搞到我媽咪好勞氣。4) 然後另一個經理,走埋嚟放低兩籠點心,有四粒蝦餃,兩粒粉果,兩粒韭菜餃,話「蝦餃比多兩粒你,就咁就算啦好冇?」 屋企人見佢俾多兩粒,諗住算數,跟住發現冇咗兩件雞包仔,同佢講爭嘢喎,佢就話:「咪俾多咗兩粒蝦餃你囉」 原來嗰兩粒蝦餃唔係因為搞錯晒啲嘢,唔好意思就俾埋你,係迫你換走兩件雞包仔,一啲唔好意思都冇。5) 食物味道方面,我覺得基本都做唔到。海蜇呢啲即食嘢冇味,陳皮牛肉

5) 食物味道方面,我覺得基本都做唔到。海蜇呢啲即食嘢冇味,陳皮牛肉腸粉冇陳皮味,鳳爪係食過嘅當中最難食,牛柏葉好似未蒸夠時間,其餘點心都麻麻哋

6) 屋企人後尾話,第一次俾張枱我哋,張枱臭嘅,之後要求換枱。我仲安慰屋企人,話唔緊要啦,可能嘢食好好食呢,結果就係搞到成家人都食得唔開心

我知呢間酒樓有好多好評,而家我有啲懷疑好評嘅真假,大家要唔要去食,自行判斷。
