To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年車仔麵，扎根香港30年，陪伴香港人成長，最近在我公司附近開新店，當然要去支持下，佐敦分店仲設有車仔麵檔場景，打卡一流。大碗麵：一共有十款餸，份量十足，包括豬腸、魚蛋、蘿蔔、豬紅、豬皮、雞翼、雞翼尖、魷魚、紅腸、菜；豬腸，魚蛋彈牙，蘿蔔清甜，豬紅滑溜，豬皮Q彈，雞翼厚肉，魷魚爽脆。牛筋腩蝦籽撈麵：半筋半腩，骨膠原豐富，牛肚炆得軟腍入味，墨魚蝦卷煙韌有咬口。炸魚皮：炸得鬆脆夠薄，無油膩感。酸齋：味道酸酸甜甜，開胃小吃。抹茶紅豆冰：紅豆煮得夠腍，甜度適中，抹茶沒有苦澀味道，口感濃郁。樽仔奶茶：採用優質茶底，茶香奶滑，口味正宗，具茶餐廳風味既港式奶茶。總結，食物份量大，好味又抵食，下次要再排隊都會繼續嚟幫襯。
