To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我家是「無飯之家」,所以從小,我巳經成為「外食一族」,為裹腹而常常吃廉價的快餐。屋企樓下的麥當努和這間大家樂便是我的飯堂。首推「一哥焗豬扒飯」,午市才賣$23.5,足夠我分兩餐食兩塊用蛋漿煎過的豬扒,配以港式紅汁和蛋炒飯,一拼放入烤箱焗至"just okay"。午市時分,因為流量大,故總是新鮮的,很少會烤過火。送一個小貼士比各位,堂食份量比外賣多20%左右,若外賣錫紙盒冇貨,將堂食的轉過發泡膠盒,咪可以食多少少!。(對於我這類不富有的人而言,是很重要啊!)據聞一份焗豬扒飯的熱量約700至1200卡路里不等,跟麥當努的套餐不相佰仲。隨年齡長大,開始偏向「有飯落肚」,我個人覺得一份焗豬扒飯比一份麥當努套餐,更耐餓,更飽肚,更實際!唉,可能年紀大!
