To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我大約每個月都會黎一次佐敦,每次都會係附近搵下有咩食,但係試黎試去都係會掛住老趙個生牛肉河,又平又好味但係今晚想試吓啲新野,凍冰冰最啱食咖喱,一個人叫左個咖喱羊架,另加$12白飯同椰青,超滿足!個羊架有兩件,有d羊蘇味,我本身鍾意食羊,覺得好好味!如果呢一個飯可以配埋嘢飲,唔使另叫就更好啦!你係老趙除咗食到好野之外,啲姐姐同埋一個男侍應(唔知係唔係老細一老趙),態度係超好!又快手,又有禮貌,每次都有賓至如歸嘅感覺。
