To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我都唔係要求高既客人但真係太差呢間酒樓碟底痴住一堆類似腸粉既野都set位點解可以咁都睇唔到職員成日問住上菜位係邊我都想知個位係邊一圍12人東南西北你都上過菜你鐘意上邊咪上邊囉最討厭係佢收碟點解可以將隻醬油碟放上去我地未食完碟雞到？碟底係幾咁污糟。我地碟雞未食完係隻手拎唔哂咁咪唔好收或者分2次拎正常少少既人都知啦。係咪收野成日係我地個頭上面拎來拎去如果倒瀉左咁點算呢？我唔會再黎同時所有親戚都唔會再選擇呢間酒樓實在太差太差超級差！
