香港人放工不定時,相約晚饭在太古廣塲的Thai Basil, 規矩是人齊才能入塲,遲到者則有点壓力了。Thai Basil 给人的印象是注重賣相及醬汁配搭。今晚點的泰香魚餅及泰式炸蝦餅,各有各的酱汁,比较喜欢醒胃的酸酸辣辣汁。柚子沙律,柚子清香夾著花生碎,汁有多層味道,帶微微辣,好吃。串烧帶子,煎香的带子可惜不太新鮮,肉質怪怪,完全令人失望。素菜炒金邊粉,芽菜雖是全生但一些菜腥味都没有,粉幼细炒得有鑊氣。牛油果軟殼蟹米紙卷,薄薄的米纸包著軟殼蟹,可點沙律醬或牛油果醬,這個美味。慢煮牛肋骨黃咖喱,骨已拆去剰肉上抬,羽衣甘蓝和木瓜𢇃中和了咖哩味,汁醬調校得適中,配印度烤薄餅美味可口。酸子醬慢煮豬肋骨,加有罗白片,波罗片,只是一般。信用卡打七五折後,四人共吃了$776.10。
