To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好像吃了很多美點的時候才驚覺原來只是品嚐到第三道菜第一爐香的蘿蔔燉鴨舌,配以小火爐溫熱著這動人燉湯奉上。

來到第四道菜今生今世當歸魚雲豆腐,一對夫妻到市場買菜的日子雖不再!但愛過的味道總叫人刻骨銘心的!江師傅以撇脫的手法把魚雲去骨比喻張愛玲對前夫那份無愛無恨真淒美!
無骨魚雲加入了燒肉、北菇、當歸及陳皮搓成魚球,置於加入雞蛋及菜心粒的自家製豆腐上,吃下鮮香味美且口感兼備好不豐富耶!

來到宴席一半好友們忍不住額外點上粵穗 . 鮮賞中的日本海膽甘藍炒鮑魚和金盞香芒北海道帆立貝,我當然要捨Fit陪美人們了吧!海膽吃不少但熱食我真的比較罕吃,這道日本海膽甘藍炒鮑魚$468用料矜貴,整體配合得宜在鮮味中帶上鑊氣挺吸引喔!

用炒香的雞粒、叉燒粒、蜜豆仁、波椒粒,配合爽彈鮮味的原隻大蝦球上面再添加香脆的窩巴,吃時澆上伴隨的糖醋柚子汁有點像吃錦鹵雲吞般當然這是高級版吧!脆卜卜的鍋巴從來也討能討我歡心,加配了鮮爽的蝦仁和酸甜開胃的汁醬吃得我太快樂了。

第六道菜是取材相見歡的東坡肉藏珍,相見歡內兩個太太做的紅燒肉我不能品嚐到,但江師傅的出品我則有幸在此一嚐!
肥瘦均稱的五層腩肉以繁複的手法炆煮足兩小時,吃下絕對是肥而不膩入口即溶及肉香滿滿,墊底還有喝飽上湯冬的瓜環、香氣撲鼻的什菌、萵苣和榆耳,在濃郁肉香中貼上一絲清甜的誘人*味*力。

緊接著的是*談吃與晝餅充飢*中出現過的牛肝菌獅子頭,出自談吃與畫餅充饑張氏提到素漢堡江師傅將它變成這貌美兼好吃的素獅子頭。

來到尾聲有來自*小艾、天才夢、及道路以目*中的火腿粥、鹽水花生及鹹炒白果,江師傅將小火腿粥加入酥皮像代替油條的吃法心思十足!那綿滑的火腿粥吃下味道且鹹香既暖胃十分可口。
