To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前報章雜誌都大編幅介紹這間極尚大喜屋放題,又影了好多美食相片,真的很吸引,於是預早一個月book位。大家留意,如8位或以上要落$500訂的。當日會有電話通知你的訂枱編號及頭輪會叫你5:20要到樓下排隊。安排十分差勁,我5:10已到,到5:30才有職員安排你的座枱編,最惨是在街上排的,五點幾仲好熱,個個都熱到成頭汘,比較多恕氣,排到5:45才開始上去,入到座位的時間差不多6:00。'座位設計又唔好,大部分是卡位,坐邊的朋友是出唔到或叫唔多方便行出嚟的。入座後磯燒海鮮是自動安排送嚟,海鮮種類很少但算新鮮。而服務方面就零蛋,沒有人介紹如何燒,燒幾耐,服務同觀塘御前XX户差得遠。大家燒時中段記得落白酒,白酒放在枱,沒有貼Label的,開頭我哋唔知嗰樽是白酒結果d鮑魚燒到乾咗d。燒唔燒到食是沒有人理你㗎。另外給負分的是海鮮是完全"零"追加。睇廣告好似好多熟食選擇,其實並不多,品質方面劃order紙送來的就唔錯,自己出去大堂取的就麻麻哋。嗰日個燉湯就正烏雞虫草花湯,哈哈……每人都飲幾盅,不過唔知會不會經常轉。焗蠔、炒蜆、蟹粥,蟹粥好鮮甜。刺身、壽司都ok,但選擇亦很少。佢有兩本點餐的餐簿,一本

最惨是在街上排的,五點幾仲好熱,個個都熱到成頭汘,比較多恕氣

蟹粥好鮮甜。刺身壽司都ok,但選擇亦很少

佢有兩本點餐的餐簿,一本熟食一本剌身壽司等,本簿好厚以為好多嘢食,其實是重複的

火焰雪糕是生日送的,心諗以為好正好特別,原來只是用火熱住d朱古力醬,蠟燭都無支

仲有一提是很少人幫你枱的,成枱都係碟都無位擺……

基本上都是食一次咁多,走時在電梯内都是負評。
