To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本想食元氣，但apm嘅元氣實在太多人了，先7點已經要等70幾張飛，唯有屈就下行過隔離食丼丼屋。其實我平時麻麻地食刺身丼，亦麻麻地食吞拿魚，因為我唔鍾意口感太淋嘅野食，但今次我又罕有地亂點咗呢個辛辣牛油果吞拿魚丼，而佢又比我想像中好味！因為佢係吞拿魚粒，所以每粒都沾滿辛辣醬汁，要黎送飯一流。而牛油果又中和番辛辣吞拿魚粒嘅濃味，同時佢亦令成個飯有多重口感，成件事幾夾。至於友人點嘅十勝帶廣名物豚丼亦唔差，豚肉係半肥瘦，口感唔會好鞋，日式醬汁亦加分，但就略嫌有點太油。宜家係apm foodcourt食個飯都要60 70蚊，但又唔係特別好味，所以丼丼屋之後都可以係我喺apm嘅其中一個飯堂喇！
