To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟隊友一行七人到北角找素,「素之樂創意蔬食料理」出品正路樸實無華,沒有太多花巧反而更令我們接受,私房菜晚餐每位$298,經openrice預訂享有九折優惠,價錢亦算公度。是是日晚餐首先來一個燉湯,鹿茸菇味道突出。精選拼盤中的紫薯沙律顏色吸睛,但現實是蓮藕片的柚子味道最令人回味。牛油果壽司吃的是芥辣味道,白玉藏珍就是節瓜莆上加了一大粒杞子皇。青木瓜沙律像真度很高,小菜上檯時我都差點忘了這個是素食,素蝦是有點彈牙的口感,沙律是酸酸甜甜的,很適合夏天的胃口。京都燒茄其實就是一些芝士醬汁燒茄子,茄子完全沒有吸收到醬汁的味道,賣相也略為失色。金枝玉葉的賣相就比較吸引,白灼過的波菜澆上南瓜汁,這比較像是西式的烹調方法,南瓜汁也是受大眾歡迎的口味。XO醬香煎菇扒的扒很大,一看就知道是模擬牛扒的素食,我很喜歡。紅麴燉飯就有點DRY了,我只是試味般呎吃了一口。飯後附上SOD酵素,酸得我邊喝邊打顫。最後還有甜品豆乳奶凍,我超喜歡那清香豆腐味道,如沒有上層酸酸的草莓醬會更合我的口味。
